Overview
This is a 14-day journey to one of the most remote parts of Afghanistan the Pamir and Wakhan Corridor. The trip starts in Kabul and continues by road through Faizabad and Ishkashim, before reaching the Wakhan Valley. From there, we travel further into the Afghan Pamir where the Kyrgyz people live in small communities. Along the way, you will see mountains, villages, and rivers, and spend nights in guesthouses or tents. The purpose of this trip is not luxury, but real experience of how people live in this part of the world. It is a rare opportunity to meet families, see their daily life, and travel through a region that only a few visitors reach each year.
